How long will it take to receive my order? |

The processing and delivery time is around one week once we have received confirmation of your payment. |

What kind of photos are suitable for the Photo Engraving? |
| |
We usually work with photos sent to us via the internet.
We prefer to work with JPEG format and the size of the file should be between 100 Kbytes and 250 Kbytes per picture. These photos can either be scanned or downloaded from your digital camera.
Photos can be color or black and white, it will not influence the Photo Engraved jewelry result. If you send us photos via mail, we can work with any size from A4 to passport size. We will scan the photo for you and mail it back to you together with the product.
Note: The quality of the photo is directly linked to the quality of the engraving. Please avoid photos that are blurry, over or under exposed. Also, for better result, the subject should not be too far away.

Can I engrave several people on the same item? |
| |
Yes.
Depending on the size of the product you choose, you could engrave a whole family on a key ring. For example, you could engrave on the oval key ring ref K05/06 up to 10 faces (5 on each side). On our biggest pendent MG08 or MS08, you could engrave up to 8 people (4 on each side). |

Keep in mind that the more engraved space you allow for a face, the better the result will be. This is why we will not engrave more than 2 faces per side on smaller medals like MH01 and only one face on medals like MG01. |

If I want to engrave several people on the same object, do they have to be on the same picture? |

Not necessarily.
You can send us as many different photos as there are people to engrave. Our technicians will organize the set-up so that once engraved, they look like they had been altogether on the same photograph. |

How is the photo going to be cropped? |
| |
Your photo is going to be cropped in order to give you the best engraved results possible. We therefore concentrate on the face (we do not engrave the body unless you request it). We also remove the background in order to have a much clearer result. |

It does not matter.
The engraving will turn out equally well on either material, it is simply a matter of personal preference. Feel free to choose any item within our Photo engraved Jewelry range |

Yes, because we engrave with a diamond head into the product, the engraving will not fade away.

Yes, you can combine Photo Engraving and Text Engraving very easily. Just tell us where you want the text to be engraved (comment box). |

Can you send the product anywhere in the world? |

Yes.
We can airfreight you the product wherever you are in the world. Depending on your location, and the weight of your total order, a transportation quote will be calculated for you when you order (please refer to our Delivery section).
Note: Please keep in mind that the transport tariff will be the same from 1 to 500 grams.
Therefore, it is often a good idea to order several products at a time or to group your order with some friends.
Also delivery is free of charge for all orders over 120 US$. |
